Dr. Sia is a double qualified and International Board-Certified OMF Surgeon and an Assistant Professor in Cebu Doctors’ University, The Philippines. He is the International Ambassador to the Philippines from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Asian Ambassador of the NextGen from the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is the International Relations Officer for the Philippines of the Young Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon group of Hong Kong and the current President of the Philippine Association of OMFS. Dr. Sia is the section chair of OMFS at the largest public hospital in The Philippines (Southern Philippines Medical Center) and lead consultant in OMFS at the best hospital in the Philippines (St. Luke’s Medical Center).
